Ya, Kita ada denda
Denda setor resi: jika tidak setor resi sampai closed box cina maka di tagihan akan kita kenakan denda 5.000 per resi yang tidak disetorkan
Denda keterlambatan: denda ini bagi keterlambatan payment tagihan yang melewati deadline sebesar 5.000 per hari. Jika melewati batas deadline nimbun maka barang akan menjadi milik WH
Denda Sensitive Item: denda ini dikenakan bagi yang tidak menginformasikan adanya barang sensitive seperti; liquid, magnet, battery, garment dan semi-garment
Direct:
Box only punya kamu tanpa bareng dengan yang lain
Form khusus tersendiri
Grup Direct dengan isi: kamu, admin Ting Warehouse dan admin kamu (opt)
Bisa tentuin buka dan open box sendiri. Kurang lebih kamu yang nentuin tanggal perorder kamu sendiri

Perlu banget kamu punya data rekap sendiri untuk meminimalkan jika admin ada kesalahan dalam merekap. Kamu juga harus cek jumlah barang ya, jika ada yang kurang, bisa info ke admin. Tapi disini admin juga akan bantu cek jika jumlah sudah sesuai atau belum, barang rusak atau barang tidak ditemukan.
Untuk mengajukan komplain, silakan konfirmasi kepada admin dengan menyertakan bukti video utuh tanpa potongan (mulai dari proses pembukaan paket) dan nomor resi. Batas waktu komplain adalah 3 hari sejak barang diterima, mengingat keterbatasan penyimpanan rekaman CCTV (maksimal 10 hari) dan estimasi waktu pengiriman 2-5 hari.

If there are any missing items, you can inform the admin. However, the admin will also help check if the quantity is correct, if there are damaged items, or if any items are missing.
To file a complaint, please confirm with the admin by including a complete, uncut video as evidence (starting from the package opening process) and the tracking number. The complaint deadline is 3 days from the date of receipt, considering the limited storage capacity of CCTV recordings (maximum 10 days) and the estimated shipping time of 2-5 days
